Call for applications under Ganga Kalyan Yojana, ₹ 3.50 lakh subsidy!

On behalf of Devaraja Arasu Backward Classes Development Corporation, applications are invited for 2022 23rd year for farmers to get facilities under Ganga Kalyan Irrigation Scheme. October 20 is the last day to apply

Ganga Kalyan Irrigation Scheme 2022: On behalf of D. Devaraja Backward Classes Development Corporation, 2022 23rd year, the small and very small farmers of the backward classes will get facilities under the Ganga Kalyan Irrigation Scheme.

The applications are invited through Seva Sindhu Portal and the farmers can submit them online at Village One, Bangalore One and Karnataka One Sevakendras within 20 days.

Ganga Kalyan Irrigation Scheme 2022: Applicants must have the following qualifications to avail the facility in this schem.

D. Devaraja Arasu Backward Classes Development Corporation, Karnataka Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Development Corporation, Karnataka Vishwakarma Communities Development Corporation, the small and very small belonging to the caste communities.
Should be a permanent resident of Karnataka state.
Applicant’s age should be between 18 to 10 years.
Applicant’s family annual income should be within Rs.98,000/- for rural areas and Rs.1,20,000/- for urban areas.
Applicants should have at least 12 acres of land contiguous at one location, minimum 01 acres of land in Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, Kodagu, Uttara Kannada, Chikkamagaluru Shimoga and Hassan districts.
In individual tube well project, the unit cost is Rs.2.50 lakhs, which includes Rs.2.00 lakh subsidy and Rs.50,000/- loan from the Corporation at 4% interest rate.
For Bangalore City, Bangalore Rural, Ramanagara, Kolar, Chikkaballapur and Tumkur Districts the cost of individual tube well unit is Rs.4.00 lakhs in which Rs.3.50 lakhs subsidy and Rs.50,000/- from the Corporation at the rate of 4% interest.
Farmers should have Aadhaar linked current bank account. Farmer’s name (all information like Mr. Smt. Kumari etc.) as in Aadhaar card, also in bank account book, other records like caste.
If they have benefited in any scheme of the Corporation in the past, such person and their family will not be allowed to apply for the facility again.
Applicants can submit their applications online through Seva Sindhu Portal at Gram Jan, Bangalore One and Karnataka One Sevakendras.
